4. General Malfunction and Solution

LED light not on	Power adapter is not inserted into the power outlet,or not connected to WM speaker.	Ensure the power adapter is securely inserted to power socket or wm speaker
No sound	USB cable is not connected properly.	Re-connect the USB cable.
Weak sound	Audio source signal is weak or volume is low. WM speaker bottom is not tightly touched the surface	Adjust the audio source signal or increase the volume; Ensure the speaker bottom is tightly touched the surface
Poor music	Poor connection of audio cable; the surface is too soft or the surface is not large enough.	Use new audio cable; search more suitable surface.

5. Note

Use soft cloth to clean.
